• Some conditions for which refill is allowed up to 12 months are listed below.
• Please do not forget your appointment to see the doctor for a follow-up and do not forget to check in for an annual or bi-annual health check-up.

2. How do I get started with RefillXpress?

• To begin, simply fill out our Online Medication Inquiry Form or contact us for a consultation. Once you’ve had a virtual consultation with our doctor, your prescription will be issued, and we’ll arrange delivery of your medication.

3. Which medications can I refill using RefillXpress?

• Short-Term Medications (up to 3 months) like allergy treatments, acid reflux meds, asthma inhalers, and pain relief.
• Long-Term Medications (up to 12 months) like birth control, HIV PrEP, hair loss treatments, and more.

4. Are new prescriptions available through RefillXpress?

• No, RefillXpress is only available for refilling existing prescriptions. If you need a new prescription, you will need to consult with one of our doctors.

5. Can I refill controlled substances or antibiotics through this service?

• No, controlled substances, antibiotics, antivirals, and antifungals are not available for refill via RefillXpress.

6. How will my medications be delivered?

• You can choose from several delivery options: same-day delivery via Grab, regular mail, or pick-up from one of our PULSE Pharmacy locations. The choice is yours!
