The Magnesium, F test employs Colorimetric Titration to assess magnesium levels in fecal samples. Patients must avoid barium, laxatives, or enemas 96 hours before and during collection. Stool samples should be collected in provided containers (24, 48, 72 Hour Kit) and should consist of a watery stool, with a required volume of 10 grams.
